Not an attack on America

It seems clear now that this was not an attack against Americans, British, or the West in general.  Mumbai is a very international city, and people from all over the world were murdered.  The US and England should condemn the attacks, provide assistance to the Indian government, and most of all, work to prevent an armed conflict between India and Pakistan.  It seems that escalation of tensions between these two countries may have been at the heart of what these terrorists wanted, and we can't let them succeed.
