Ask yourself this: if you were so anxious to buy up that stock when the market was at 13,000 points not too long ago, how come you won't touch it when it's half the price? Isn't it the same share of ownership, in the same company, but you can now buy it at a discount?
Granted, there's a risk that the company you buy into might still have lower to fall, but that was a risk before as well. Just like before, some companies will do well in the long run, while others will fail. But if you choose wisely, your chances of making real money are a lot better now than they were when everything was overvalued.
They always tell us to "Buy low, sell high," but when it comes to actually putting that into practice, it seems we always do the opposite. I say it's time to buy!
